How do I remove blood from carpet?

ShareThis
Heavens Best Carpet Cleaning Denver advises to use caution when removing blood. The first thing to try on a fresh blood spot is cold water. Make sure not to use hot water as hot water can set the stain in. If cold water doesn't work, you can also try a spotter, like our Heaven's Best spotter, or you can try some hydrogen peroxide. Hydrogen peroxide has mild bleaching properties that can be effective for spots like blood, but please use caution as it can potentially bleach out the carpet in general. posted: December 20, 2011 - Heaven's Best Denver Carpet Cleaners - Blog
